Do I have to do anything?
A little. Send photos and quick notes when something's happening on the farm. After that, it's just a few minutes to review and approve drafts. We handle the writing, scheduling, and publishing.
Will it sound like a robot wrote it?
That's the problem our human review is there to catch. We learn your voice at onboarding, a person edits every piece, and you approve everything. If something doesn't sound like you, tell us and we'll fix it.
Do you need my passwords?
Usually not. Most platforms (Facebook, Instagram, email tools, website builders) let you add us as a team member, so you keep ownership and can remove us anytime.
What platforms and tools do you work with?
Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile, common email tools (like Mailchimp or MailerLite), and common website builders (like Squarespace, Wix, or WordPress). Using something else? Ask us.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. Founding-client pricing stays locked for 12 months as long as you remain subscribed.
What if I don't have good photos?
Phone photos are fine. We can also make simple graphics for things like market reminders and CSA signup deadlines.
Can you help with CSA signup season?
Yes. Every plan can cover it, and we offer a one-time CSA signup campaign add-on (emails, posts, and signup page copy) for the busiest stretch.
